Parcel Package Olympics – A Month of Races, Reliability, & Reviews

This Tuesday, Tuesday, Tuesday!!!

In conjunction with Canada Post\’s Free Shipping Tuesdays promotion, Bullwhip proudly presents the Canada Qualifying Round of the Bullwhip Logistics\’ Parcel Olympics!

\"\"

How it works:

Couriers are given identical parcels and race to deliver them claim-free and on time to the same destination. In this round, the incumbent Canada Post takes on all challengers!

The carriers will be evaluated against each other based on; Speed, Reliability, Cost & Care taken:

Speed Reliability Cost Care
Canada Post /3 /3 /3 /3
UPS /3 /3 /3 /3
Canpar /3 /3 /3 /3
Fedex /3 /3 /3 /3

Our Personal Touch

\"\"\"\"

A small leather notebook will be shipped in a relay across Canada.

We are sending this little book around the country (& eventually the world), to friends & family willing to add doodles (or autographs, stamps, favourite recipes), then send it along to the next person. We will track its route and schedule as it moves between cities.

1st Round: Canada Post vs. Canpar

Winnipeg to Vancouver

\"\"

To match Canada Post\’s Expedited transit time (6 days), we selected Canpar\’s Regular service (4 days); as their Expedited arrives in under 24 hours and they do not offer anything slower.

Time in Transit (Days) Cost
Canada Post – Expedited 6 free ($13.40)
Canpar – Regular 4 $13.48
