Let\’s hope the FMCSA does not only take into account the data collected from ELDs. The data can ONLY show the results they want: that ELDs are a great idea and make the roads safer. There are many things wrong with this approach, as I\’m sure Mr. Martinez is aware. Hey, I should write a full article about this sometime!!
