Call me cynical, and a bit rant-y, but right now seems to be the best time to have a few billion in repatriated free cash sitting around, waiting to be invested.
And if I was president, and could conceive a plan (policy, agenda, scheme), and actually follow through, I would tweet threateningly (yes, I realize how that sounds. Welcome to fake reality), plunging my country and the world into potential trade wars for mine and my supporters\’ own enrichment.
